Welcome to the website dedicated to the data breach incident at Richard Swift MD.

On January 8, 2025, Richard Swift MD suffered a cyberattack that resulted in the unauthorized extraction of patients' Protected Health Information (PHI), including their photographs.
Malware was discovered on the clinic's network and was subsequently removed on March 24, 2025.
However, Dr. Richard Swift failed to properly report the incident to the Attorney General and the Department of Health and Human Services within the legally required timeframe.
We believe the clinic did not take adequate measures to protect patient data and failed to meet its legal obligations - raising serious concerns about its accountability and professionalism.

We will continue to publish confidential patient data here until the clinic contacts us and begins negotiations.
